JUNE 1ST




Our June 1st event was a great success. It was a chance to shine a light on all our staff and show them our appreciation for there hardwork and dedication for the store. We all crowded around on the shopfloor, watching the June 1st DVD, holding group discussions, handing out our awards, wristbands and most importantly shared all our ideas for building a better store.

Team members were really thrilled with receiving there awards and it was great to acknowledge the staff's hardwork to other staff, and let them know how much we appreciate there work and couldn't do it without them!

At the end of the night, we held a small survey asking everyone to write down one suggestion to improve ourselves as team members, our customer service and the Reading store. There were 3 answers that kept coming up, - 1. Build relationship with customers 2.Inspire the customer 3. Team theme days. Putting them together we came up with our customer manifesto 'To drive service through team theme days, inspire our customers and build relationships with them!'



Special thanks went to the BOH team, as they are the unsung hero's of the team, but we lovely them dearly and all there hard work!
